New Toy & New Socks!

Check out my new toy! I got a loom! I have absolutely no idea how to use it or even how to set it up, but I sure will have fun figuring it out! And besides, it was free!


And here are my new socks: Patchworksocken!! Knitted in mitred squares to make them triangles. After the ribbing, you decrease and make triangles, then pick up along the sides of the triangles to make squares, then mitre the squares to make more triangles. Sounds complicated but actually isn't. And I'm doing it in that luscious Indigo Moon fingering 'Milk Chocolate' that I got at Romni back in the fall. Socks are so much fun!
