I think I am the only knitter in the world who doesn't like Clapotis. Google it. I dare you. Over 300,000 hits. Most of them knit-alongs. But I don't like it! In general, I love Kate Gilbert's designs. Arwen is my one of my favourite patterns ever, and it's inspired me to design something similar for my niece. But clapotis? Seriously over rated.So I think I'm going to create an anti-clapotis group on Ravelry. I'm sure I wouldn't be alone. At least I hope so! I know knitters love sheep, but I would hope that there are some who don't follow the flock.
