What to do, what to do...

This is the first time in ages that there hasn't been a new Harry Potter book at the end of the school year. My family knew not to call the first day of summer, because I'd be glued to the couch, reading HP.
But now? No HP. I just realized that this morning. So, oh darn, I guess I'll be knitting. The Hound from Hell pulled my Jolene scarf out of my backpack and ripped it off the needles trying to chew them. It's pretty darn impossible to pick lace back up! Too many yarn overs and knit togethers. So I'll have to start all over again. Fortunately I only had a couple of inches done!
Working hard to organize the end of the year. I'm not in a classroom next year; I have a wee little office. So I'm cramming 10 years of accumulated teaching crapola in boxes and finding storage places all over the school, which I will undoubtedly forget about by the time I'm back into a classroom. Plus trying to inventory and organize the teacher book room, which is my new full time job next year. It ain't easy! I'll be in school all next week, I think. But I can bring Rosebud with me and let her run around in the courtyard all day. She'll love that.
