Doing a zipper is much harder on knitting than it is on fabric! Fabric doesn't move around nearly so much. So the zipper doesn't stand up very well to close examination, but I love this sweater anyway! I'm going to wear it until it falls apart. Which, if I am a knitter worth my salt, won't happen!

Sounds like a bizarre movie that someone like the Cohen Brothers would do, doesn't it?Anyway, spent the entire weekend either in bed sleeping or on the couch knitting, struck down by the usual first-month-of-school-plague-monkey-induced-cold-from-hell. Made the mistake of trying to organize my stash last night. Yikes. If you are a knitter, you understand the danger of stash organization. It doesn't really get organized; it just makes you come up with an even longer list of things to knit. Which then makes you all depressed because the things that are on the needles already seem to be taking an inordinate amount of time, and adding to the list
